ABOUT
Drevenica Inga is historic, state-protected wooden house from 1860.
It is in the middle of the traditional village in the central Slovakia - Stare Hory.
On the ground floor there is space full living room with kitchen and fireplace, bathroom and one bedroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and playroom for children.
Outside garden offers place for BBQ next to small lake, playground and relaxing space.
Drevenica Inga can host 10 people, but there is small loft next to it - Atelier Eliska, with 4 beds. There is possible to book both of these places in the same time.
We want to be ecological!!! During the reconstruction we didn't buy anything!!! We used older furniture, fabrics, sheets, we renovated them, painted etc. We believe there are already many things, we just have to give them new chance to be useful.
Please help us to safe our nature for next generations by not buying (and throwing) too many things for your stay, it is possible to buy anything necessary in our local shops. Please don't bring bottled water, our tap water is one of the best in Slovakia. Please separate your waste, and keep rest of the vegetables for the animals of our neighbors.

This protected garden is equipped with BBQ and kettle and playground for children.

Housekeeping
We provide cleaning at the beginning of the stay and at the end. Any extra cleaning is paid separately.
Small shop

We offer you few products directly from the producers like olive oil from Greece, coffee from local roaster and local herbal tea or syrup.

Fishing
Water reservoir is also fishing pond. There is possible to arrange fishing permission in case you are owning fishing licence.
Cultural Sites
Area of Motycky is full of historical villges (like Vlkolinec/Unesco heritage or Spania Dolina) and towns like Banska Stiavnica, many of them reminds the rich history of mining. There are beautiful castles here, like Lupciansky hrad.
Skiing/Ski alpinisme
This is the area with the most famous Slovak ski centers like Donovaly (only 4km from Motycky) or Jasna and Chopok, and the around hills are ideal for ski alpinisme (such as Krizna).
Hiking/Biking/Trekking
The mountains around offer perfect possibility for this summer sports. The touristic pathways in Slovakia are very well marked and maintained.
Water sports and relax
Slovakia is famous for its thermal springs, therefore there are many spas, water parks and exterior pools like in Besenova, Vyhne or Sliac. There are many of wellness facilities in the area.
Attraction for children
There are many fun parks and other attraction for kids. One of the most famous is in Donovaly, inspired by Slovak fairy tales called Habakuky.
